Today is the day before my birthday. I went on a 7 mile hike with my husband (like how I threw that in here). So I felt that I deserved a $5buck coffee; i.e. Starbucks.
For day 3 of giving love I wanted to pay it forward to a stranger. When I payed for my coffee I also purchased a $5 gift card. I asked the cashier if she could help me out with my love project. I left her with instructions to give this gift card to an individual ordering a drink within the $5 budget and to tell them “Happy early Valentines Day pay some love forward”.
I think the cashier was just as excited as I was to be apart of the blessing. We never know what will come as the result of a good deed. It could be a simple hello or a smile that makes someones day. Don’t underestimate the power we have to make a difference....and while your at it, Pay some Love forward!
Okay...I yield to The Mighty DollMain, aka Daniela. You always, some how, no matter how good of in shape I am in, out stride me while climbing the mountain. Maybe its symbolic. Maybe you know how to get to the mountain first, and I am learning from you as we go. Then again, there are times I run up the mountain. To bad those times no one sees. Oh well. I love you Doll, my Roman Candle.
